George W. Bush’s first run for the Presidency in 2000 against Al Gore had some unconventional results. He lost the popular vote by over a half million votes but won the electoral vote by a margin of 271-266, but only after a Supreme Court decision upheld the certification of electoral votes. In 2004, Bush ran for re-election against his Democratic rival John Kerry. In this election, he was victorious in both the popular vote (by over three million votes) and the electoral vote (by a margin of 286-251).
We have assembled political button lots consisting of both campaigns (2000 and 2004). You will receive buttons, both picture and non-picture, large and small buttons, and even a few inaugural buttons.
